Membership requirements
All users that join Prize Live must be at least 18 years old or 13 years or older with parental permission.
All users must provide valid, accurate, and truthful information during all stages of membership.
This applies to each and every interfaction with a Prize Live staff member, Prize Live website, and Prize Live advertiser or partner, including, but not limited to: personal information, location, messages, emails, third-party signup information, and reward cashouts.
Users must reside in one of the following countries in order to join: United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom.
Users may not create more than one account per person, nor may they create more than one account per household.
All accounts are tracked by an IP address and therefore only one account per IP address.
Users must log in and use Prize Live on their own personal computer and internet connection only.
The use of a Prize Live account on a public or shared computer, or public internet connection is grounds for disqualification.
You may not access your Prize Live account on the same computer or internet connection as your referrer, referral, or any other Prize Live user.
Violation of this term may be considered grounds for disqualification of any and all users involved.
Users must not use a proxy or otherwise attempt to mask or reroute their connection.
When creating an account, please use a strong password and do not share your password with another user.
Privacy Policy
At Prize Live, we strive to develop innovative services to better serve our users.
We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind.
This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use Prize Live's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.
The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide.
"Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address.
We will not sell, disclose or lease our members personal information to any other entity, unless this information is required by a local Law Enforcement Agency's.
Personal information such as the members' name, address, phone number is never sold nor disclosed.
Data collection
Prize Live collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website.
This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services.
Some of our services require you to register for an account.
Prize Live asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address, contact information, and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service.
Cookies
Upon your first visit to Prize Live, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser.
A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website.
We use cookies to improve the quality of our service and to better understand how people interact with us.
Prize Live does this by storing user preferences in cookies and by tracking user trends and patterns of how people access our site.

You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
However, some Prize Live features or services may not function properly without cookies.
Cheating / Fraud
Using fraudulent information to complete offers and/or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in the member's account being deleted without notice and without pay.
Fraud includes, but is not limited to: using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using fake information to complete offers; using information that is not their own to complete offers; using pre-paid gift and/or credit cards to complete offers; completing offers more than once; canceling offers and/or trials immediately.
While we do not share your personal information as a member of Prize Live;iIf you are caught frauding or cheating Prize Live and your account is terminated by Prize Live for those reasons then your information such as your username, IP, and offers completed are NOT considered personal information, and will be shared with other site owners and/or advertisers at their request.
In addition, publicly slandering Prize Live if found to be fraudulent can result in legal action for slander and/or the fraudulent proof to be posted publicly for all to view.
Rewards
The standard wait time for a reward to be processed is NET 30, which means 30 days after the month in which the reward was requested.
For example, if your reward is requested any time during the month of May, whether the 1st or the 31st, it will be processed by June 30th since the wait time is NET 30.
Each member has the ability to earn their way down to a NET 10 payment by staying more active and completing certain tasks as described from within the members area.
